Escaped South Korean prisoner of war 'sent back to North after fleeing to China'

According to the Seoul newspaper report, a prisoner of South Korean who had been in North Korea for about 60 years escaped China but has been sent back to the North since last year. A small government source " Dong-a llbo " said to Sotuh Korea that officials kept asking Beijing to return the 81 years old soldier to them but he was sent to North Korea instead. About 500 soldiers of Seoul could still be in the North in 1950-1953 Korean war, and believes that a lot more died in the war. But Pyongyang refuses to hold any South Koreans against their will and said some stayed international. The issue was pointed when Cho Chang-ho, a South Korean artillery officer taken captive in the year 1950 and escaped from the North in the middle of 1990. He later told USA that he had spent many years as a prisoner in camp. The Dong-a llbo said the last person who could escape to China got a help of Seoul-based activists last August, but was caught days after when the broker who helped him complained him to Chinese police following a row over money.

In my opinion, the relationship between two countries can hardly be coporated because of the issues that had happened between the two.
